We are an American company located in New Jersey in the USA.
What do you mean by “ethically sourced”?
As you may be aware, there is a lot of conflict in the world when it comes to precious gems. We kept this in mind when sourcing our simulated diamonds, and investigated our suppliers in GREAT depth to ensure they get them from regions and sources with no conflict. All of our products are 100% ethically sourced and our manufactures pay a fair wage to their employees.
How does shipping work?
Your order will be shipped via partnership with the USPS for the United States, Canada Post for Canada, Royal Mail for the UK, Australia Post for Australia, etc.
Your order will arrive in 7-10 business days on average. However, due to COVID-19, our customers are seeing volatile delivery times. Please do not hesitate to contact our support team if you are experiencing delays. We are happy to help!
Why are your prices so low? Are you a legit company?

Does your jewelry have a warranty?
Yes, Vivori Jewels offers a Warranty on All of Our Products! To file a claim, reach out to our support team at support@vivori.co with the subject line as “Warranty” and explain your inquiry in as much detail as possible. Any defect will result in a replacement free of charge
Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase?
Yes, we offer hassle free cancellations up to 24 hours after your purchase. Please send us a message at support@vivori.co and we can help you process your cancellation.
If the order has not been shipped out yet, we will cancel the order and issue an immediate refund. Otherwise, a return can be arranged but only after the item arrives to your destination shipping address.
What if I'm not satisfied with my product?
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you aren't happy with your order, we will give you a full refund. Just shoot us an email at support@vivori.co. We will then provide you with instructions on how to send your item back and provide you with a refund! Please note that the item must be returned in the same condition you received it in.

Vivori was founded by a small team of 3 women who want to make a positive change in the way we see jewelry. Since childhood, society has been subtly programming us all to think that we have to spend a fortune to get nice jewelry. More specifically, it’s been conditioning us to think we can only get a nice ring if we spend thousands of dollars. That conditioning is so far from the truth that we found a passion in creating this brand and products to show the world that you don’t have to spend your life savings to get a gorgeous ring.
The funny thing is, what originally lead us to that conclusion and passion was our love for beautiful jewelry. Before we discovered the depth of the societal programming, all three of us were obsessed with finding new pieces to add to our collections. Because of that, we decided to launch Vivori, and during our research we came to the new passion and that created even more inspiration within us. It’s one thing to be passionate about certain types of products and create a brand around that, but it’s even more inspiring when you’re passionate about making a positive impact in the world. We believe that we can positively influence the world’s perception by helping recondition people into knowing that you can get gorgeous jewelry no matter what your budget is.
