- Your Order Number
- Reason for Return
Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange shipment back to us within 7 days of email communication.
Please note the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs to us.
Vivori will not be liable for items damaged or lost in transit - we suggest using tracked shipping services so we know the whereabouts of your return.
Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 5 business days.
Please note that your return will only be accepted if it meets our returns criteria.
